Open iTunes. Go to the "file" menu and select "Add file to library". Locate the movie, then add it into your library. Then sync your iPod Touch as usual. Good luck!

iPod accepts only mp4 videos,if ur videos are mp4 videos,just follow the instructions: plug in your iPod to computer and open iTunes -->the iTunes will detect your iPod as a device-- add your videos to iTunes by selecting 'Add to Library' from the File menu or dragging and dropping the videos from your computer-->click 'Apply' to synchronize your iPod or choose the videos you want to add from the iTunes's video menu and drag and drop to the video menu of ur iPod.
