  1. firstly you should never EVER have to touch anyone like that unless your both ok with it i think you shouldnt have made a comment about his hair who are you to judge if you dont like long hair dont grow yours making fun of people only makes you look small, i dont think the punishment was deserved tho and i think you should report it if something like that happens again.

  2. No.  That's wrong.  You actually braided his hair?  In detention?  He could get in trouble for that.

I wasn't there but it sounds either creepy or manipulative.

  3. I would report him for him making you braid his hair.  That's way too weird.

  4. First of all, that's a great burn. Maybe using it on your teacher wasn't super wise, but it's still funny. Kudos.

Secondly, march on into your principals office, tell her what you said, and tell her about the creepy detention your weird teacher doled out. That's totally inappropriate.

  5. You were disrespectful. Sounds like you got what you deserved. As for braiding his hair, so what? It's just hair.

  6. Well obviously you are a little snot and don't know your place.  Who cares how long someone's hair is?  Is it your hair?  If not get over yourself.  When you start wisecracking to people because they are different, you are rude. Shut your mouth and learn some respect.  Thankfully your parents agree.  They also should have disciplined you for your stupidity.  Grow up.

  7. That was rude.. you got what you deserved.

  8. I am sorry but I do agree that you should not have said what you did - you do need to respect others especially people older than you. If you have friends or family that you usually joke around with that would be a little different, so I would definitely think first before saying anything like that. But as far as you having to braid his hair - I think that was completely out of line. I would absolutely report if anything ever happened again. I might even report this - but I don't know if it would make the class harder for you.

  9. You deserved the detention.. but you shouldn't have had to braid his hair. You're not supposed to come in any 'physical' contact with a teacher. If you feel really bad about it and your parents arent believing you then maybe you need to talk to the school counselor or something like that.. hope I helped.

  10. I would immediately talk to the principal about this and file a complaint with the school. Although your behavior definitely warranted a punishment, it is illegal to force a student to physically touch a teacher.

  11. That is a weird punishment. I don't think you should have back talked him, but braiding his hair? That's creepy.

  12. I can not argue your parents idea of discipline but your teacher was out of line.If these sort of things keep happening to you it needs reporting,to parents,to principle,to superintendent if necessary.

  13. Any sort of punishment should not involved you touching him in any way,but don't be making fun of Jesus either,OK...

  14. Ah . . . Um, hun, that’s pretty strange "yes your parents are correct" . . . lol . . . To bad . . . Maybe next time you will think before you speak. . . Hay maybe next time you can try pigtails.

  15. i think your parents are right.  your teacher is not your friend, he is your teacher and deserves respect.  also, making a religious comment like that can really offend some people.  hopefully now you understand why you were punished, and wont get into trouble anymore (or at least wait until you arent around people to make fun of them).
