I originally had brown hair right. I died it blonde, bleached it. Then i tried to dye it brown adn it went red. I died it actual red, and now i want brown back.

I have a colour that is called chocolate rush by schrarzoff (i cannot spell) but it sort of looks purplely.

how do i get it back brown. i don't want my natural colour cos i know that is impossible, but how do i get it brown not full blown red??

thank you for trying to help!

  1. just keep dying it brown until it turns brown

  2. Uh-oh. I think y'all havr to go to a salon and get it done proffessionally,  that is your safest bet. Sure it may be more expensive but it will give you best results.

  3. Get the darkest brown you can find.  (not the purplish one), Almost black.  This should get you into the medium brown color palet.  Then wait 4 weeks and you should be able to go slightly lighter if you wish, or do highlights.

  4. try to get sum darker colors then try usein shampoo for brown hair

  5. dye it black and it will be brown!!! try it!

  6. Hmm, sounds familiar. If you want your hair back brown then you'll keep on having to buy a lighter dye each time. Dyes only work properly depending on how close your hair colour is to that certain colour.

For example if you was brunnette, and you wanted to go blonde, you'd have to keep on gradually getting a lighter colour, unless you find a dye that can ultimately change your colour.

I use loreal everytime I dye my hair, and it works great. I'm dark brown atm and later this week I'm going light brown.

  7. because you bleached it you stripped the pigment from your hair.

my friend did it too as well, she was like white white blonde.

anyway, you have to buy 2 hairdye of the sorta colour you want, one semi permanent and one permanent.

firstly put on the semi permantent one, follow the instructions but after the developing time, wash out the dye without shampooing/conditioning or using any products. just simply rinseout the creme.

    dry hair and whatnot.

next, put in the other colour and treat it as normal dye, this is the one you have to wash out properly.

and voila, you should be done!

although, i guess since your hair is red at the moment you've already put th pigment back in and couldjust skip to my last step.

    hope i help! x
