Okay - a back pack?? 10 points!!??

Question

Starting high school ( grade 9 ) in about..a week and a half or so, and should I get a back pack? or a tote ( I am a girl..) But my school under no circumstances allows backpacks in class rooms. (You can get detention)

But I don't know what my classes are ( where they are ) or where my locker even is, and i wont till next tuesday.. so what should I get tote or back pack..and carry stuff around ugh, help?

honestly i been throuu high school already and i usually only had my back pack aftter school never durin u will learn that you can carry and it would be easier...

trust me your going to need a strong book bag for all the home work you'll be getting and also your book bag has to go in the locker and you carrie books to class they give you like five minutes in the hall for you  to get your stuff and then  you will have to run all over school to get your stuff usually they put u on the other side of the hall so you have to run good luck in ninth  grade

A backpack would be the better choice for carrying lots of heavy things around,however the rule no backpacks in the classroom might prove a problem. perhaps get a book bag? and if not I would probably go with a backpack.

i use a tote bag around school from class to class and i just leave it in my locker and i bring a backpack to and from school. bring a tote for the first few days, and when you start getting more homework use a backpack bringing home school

Whatever you get make sure it is sturdy. High school is nothing like middle school, you can always tell the difference. Middle school kids get off of the bus with a binder, high school kids get off of the bus with a back pack full. I'd also go with something comfortable, whether that be on your back, or shoulder. Don't get anything with wheels on the bottom, you will never be able to get it through the hall ways.
