  1. Just go to this website

    http://www.SlimEffects.com

  2. make sure if you're going to eat six times a day, that they're small meals.

dance is cardiovascular excercise by the way.

5 lbs every 2 weeks is a very reasonable goal.

2000 calories is good to start with, maybe try to cut back a little bit on "bad" calories [red meat, fried food, etc.]

i, personally don't weigh myself but most people weigh themselves according to their goals, like you want to lose 5 lbs every 2 weeks so weigh yourself every 2 weeks.

you need a variety of foods that contain all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, etc. if you're unsure you can check the label.

try to workout 15 minutes every day, so that's 1 hr 45 mins a week so you can give and take according to your schedule.

    fruits and veggies.

check online, try sparkpeople.com, they give you a lot of different foods to eat everyday.

    all fruits are good.

a tiny bit of gatorade so you get all the electrolytes without all the sugar, green tea is also a good choice.

    have good, reasonable goals.

no biggie if you miss a day, just don't make a habit of it.

walking won't make you gain much muscle.

i work out everyday after school, i go to the local gym and work out for about half an hour.

do the best you can, no one is perfect.

do your best to ignore them, try eating something else instead, like if your craving chocolate, dip strawberries in it so you get some fiber too.

yeah, every now and then is alright.

cardio work burns most calories, swimming burns a lot of calories.

all fruits are good, chocolate is actually very good for you, it's all the sugar in there that makes it bad for you, grab some semi-sweet chocolate chips next time you go to the grocery store.

milk is very good, drink skim, it's got all the nutrients and none of the fat. just drink stuff low in sugar.

when your body harvests energy it uses carbs first because they are easiest but they don't last as long as fat energy, but fat energy is harder to harvest so your body has to work harder, so to answer your question, work out before you eat a lot of carbs.

you burn about 100 calories every 15 minutes while walking so you can walk as long as you want.

just tell yourself it will all be worth it.

    good luck :]
