Okay... healthy enough?

ok so today i ate

quaker flakes (1 bowl)

a cup of coffee

lunch: omelete with cheese and turkey

1 appricot

snack: 2 plums

dinner:2 tomatoes, 100g of canned tuna

1 appricot...

have i eaten too much?

if i run for an hour will i be ok?

  1. I think your fine. I keep my calories around 700 a day and do anaerobic 3 times a week.  


  2. you definitely haven't eaten too much. I think you should include another snack before lunch if your hungry, try to eat every 3 hours. if your trying to lose weight then running will help.
