ok so today i atequaker flakes (1 bowl)a cup of coffeelunch: omelete with cheese and turkey1 appricotsnack: 2 plumsdinner:2 tomatoes, 100g of canned tuna1 appricot...have i eaten too much?if i run for an hour will i be ok?
