Okay how do i get my subwoofer to work on the internet?

i have a subwoofer for my computer and it only works when i acces media through my computer but if i'm project playlist or something it doesn't work online. how do i get it to work online???

If it's connected to your computer it should not make a difference if you are online or not. The audio plays through the same channel. You might need to turn up the controls on the windows mixer. It's connected to the little speaker icon on the bar at the bottom.
