Okay i'm 15 and i wnt to learn to drive using the home taught packet?

Does this mean my parents can teach me everything so that i only have to have to go and take the actual test at the DMV, when i'm 16?

you need to get your permit first...then start learning by yourself on how to drive.....that's when u get the actual license...idk...you're in a diff. state?? so rules are diff.
