Okay i feel lost...?

im new at yahoo ask.

i want to know how to pick the BEST for answering my question. what do i do?? step by steps?

After you ask a question i think you have to wait about a day. Then go into your profile, click on your questions and pick the question you want to choose a best answer for. Now click the button that says BEST ANSWER below whichever answer you pick. Rate it and write your comments. Then click submit and you're done. Good luck!!

ok this only works if you have more then one answer there are 3 options

option #1*

1. go to question

2.under each answer  it should say chose as best answer

3. click on the tab on the one which is best

option #2*

1. go to "my profile"

2. look at your quetions

3. on the one you want to chose as best answer click " check as best answer"

4. continue following props

* Note: These two options are only if open

This one is only if not open and if no one is best answer

CLick your profile

Choose the "Questions" tab

Choose your question

After 4 hours, under every answerer it will say "Choose as Best Answer"

You have to wait 4 hours after asking a question before you can choose best answer. After 4 hours, click on your name up the top on the left side of the page in the little box above your points. Then go down and click on questions. It's a green tab next to answers. Click on the question you want to choose best answer for. For each answer, it will say choose as best answer. Click on choose as best answer for the answer you want to choose.
