  1. Yes, it's a felony.

Yes, you are stripped naked during a strip search.

And no, you do not get to chose what jail you go to.

Maybe you'll learn your lesson from this.

  2. yes it will be a felony charge this you will most likely go to prison for. The strip search you will be completely naked if your shy just close your eyes and strip. no you cant pick where you go. But the officers can not touch you during the search this is done by medical personal but if they have probable cause they can search all your openings.

  3. My brother was also charged with this. They charged him with credit card fraud and identity theft because it was someone else's card. He did not get to choose what jail, it IS a felony and the strip search is completely naked. What were you thinking??? I know it is going to be hard for you in jail. It is for everyone. Well, I hope you learned your lesson and you won't do anything like that again! I know you have probably heard all this a million times before, so I'll stop. How old are you? Whether you get charged as an adult or not may make a difference.

  4. This question made me laugh.

Likely, depending on your jurisdiction you will face felony charges. The strip search will be naked - they will need to check inside the orifices of your body. You absolutely cannot choose what jail you go to - this is not your mommy and daddy sending you to your room, sweetie, this is a legal proceeding. If you're big enough to commit a crime, you're big enough to serve the time. If you know anyone who has been in jail you might want to talk to them. I have a feeling that you should go to jail for even a few days just to see what it's like - I have a feeling that you're maybe one who if she did see the reality would never ever do anything so stupid again.

  5. You stole someone's money and possibly ruined their credit, of course it's a felony charge. Depending on the jail and the sentence, they may just bring you down to your underwear. And no, you do not get to chose your jail. Why do you think you would be able to? You committed a crime, there are no choices to you once you make the wrong ones.

  6. If it is a felony or a misdemeanor will depend on the actual amount and the state in which the crime occurred. If you get less than 1 year, you would likely spend that time in your county jail.

If you go to prison, most states will try to locate you as close to home as possible to make it easier on your visitors, however most states have fewer women's prisons than men's.

Things like current population at the available prisons, the security level of the prisons and your classification will be used to determine where you should go.

  7. It is a felony. A strip search is exactly what it says. They search every part of you, if you know what I mean. No, you cannot choose which jail you want to go to.

I hope you have learned your lesson. If you haven't you soon will. Get a good lawyer. At least if you have a lawyer, you might be able to get him to suggest to the judge which jail.

Trust me on this one. Have been through this many times with my idiot ex-husband.

  8. dont know if felony

strip search and shower with lice shampoo- they take ur underwear too

    no choice in jail

dont do the crime if youdont have time to go to jail

  9. Felony

    strip down to birthday suit

    you don't get to chose

  10. Strip search is just that. You strip all the way and have your "cavities" searched. No you don't get to choose the jail.
