  1. Alright, heres what ya do:

    1) Go to a store and find some little pads that are soft and thin.

    2) Line your skates with the pads

                                            OR

    1) Ask your coach about baking/cooking your skates to perfectly fit your feet.

I know that the 2nd one sounds really wierd, but it really works. I just got new Jacksons, and they were the same way!

  2. warm them up a bit but don't heat-mold them all the time.  just let them sit in the sun, maybe in a car, and when your skates are warm, they'll change the inner lining to the mold of your feet.  try to do some squats.  this can be extremely painful in new skates; when i got my sp teris i actually got open wounds on my ankles because the skates weren't breaking in properly.  give it time, all skates need different amounts of time to break in.  don't give up on your skates though!  some skates are perfect when you buy them and some seemingly take forever.  just try to keep them warm the first couple times you put them on and they'll adjust faster.  they'll also make your feet warm, and that always feels good.  then after they start to feel good, make sure you can bend your knees.  sometimes the leather is just tooooooo stiff and you can take them to a professional skate shop and they can replace the stiffness material (some are hard leathers between the outer leather and the inner lining, some skates have heavy duty cardboard).  if your skates are just NOT getting better i recommend doing that.  even the US skating magazine says that skates these days are just getting tooooo stiff.  best of luck!

  3. I feel your pain..I've been there. It really does get better.  I always try to do dips/squats or anything that will really flex that skate for a little while.  They can be so stiff they just bruise your ankles, I know!

  4. Ok, right now you are just breaking them in, so they will hurt. But after a week or so they should stop hurting. If the continue to hurt, buy bunga pads or mole skin (not real mole skin). Both are soft and will help stop the pain.

    good luck!

    Hope this helps! :)

  5. I know right!! Yeah when I was in fs 2, I bought RF2 n I can only play for 5 min everytime I go to the rink. Okay...

It hurt bcoz the shape of the boots r not similar to d.shape of ur feet. If you keep using them, the inner boots will change shape lyk d.shape of ur feet. I kno it hurt but the more u wear em, the more faster it change

(Lol soz for d.grammar. I'm really bad at it te he he he)

  6. keep walking around in the house they will hurt a little for a while but once you have broken them in youll b happy with ur purchase!!

good luck breaking in ur skates!!!: )

  7. You have not broken them in yet.

You may have to get them punched or stretched if the pain persits. however, befor you do anything, wear them around the house inspite of the pain. It is the only way they'll be broken in.

    Good Luck!

BTW  If you have not sharpened them yet and they are still giving problems, you may have to return them.
