Okay i need help?

storms put me under a lot of pressure... okay see there is a lot of tornado warnings around us right now and im terrified. i need help! im scared! i dont know what to do to make myself calm down!

Let yourself know that if you are under a tornado threat, you can get to a safe place and will probably not be hurt by a tornado.

Educate yourself on tornadoes in the future so that you know when and how they happen.
