Okay it's more of a riddle please help me out?

Question

there are two doors one leads to life and one leads to death but you don't know which leads to which and there are two information men one at each door one tells the truth the other tells lies but you don't which one lead to which you can only ask one question what is that question.

is it a yes or no? cause if it is and the info man has to answer truthfully i would ask is this the life door, and then if he said yes, i would go through it and if he said no i would go through the other one.

The one who tells the truth will tell you the death door and the one who lies will also point to the death door.  So go in the opposite door.
