yeah well our stunts keep moving forward so much.

what can i do to prevent this from happening.

it happens a lot when we do 360's or basket tosses.

  1. the flyer should keep her knees locked as well as her whole body and when cradling pop her straight up as possible!


  2. Glad to see that you're involved in extracurricular activites at your school. I would like to point out, however, that you're spelling, punctuation, and capitalization could use some work. I hope you're as focused on school work as you are on improving your cheering capabilities.

    In any case, to address your question. I'm not a professional or that involved in gymnastic-type activities; but, I would recommend, or at least suggest, that the group have the basics down. I assume that you all try to keep in good shape. One thing that I know is crucial when it comes to more complex stunts is that you have a strong core. Perhaps you all could work on stengthening your core to help stabilize your bodies as they're doing these stunts.

    Are you, or your group, getting proper footing when you set these moves up?

    It really boils down to proper technique and if you all are correcting the underlying issue. GOOD LUCK!
