It's possible that his o****m isn't strong enough to propel the s***n from his body, but not all males shoot out s***n when they ejaculate. Tell your friend to try finding ways to increase pleasure during masturbation and s*x. Hope this helps.

1.  Being hard for hours doesn't make anyone shoot anything -- being manipulated or pleasured does.

2.  There are men who shoot and men who gush and men who dribble.  All of them o****m when they do what they do.  Shooters are actually a minority.

3.  Check to see if he is orgasming.  If he is, and it happens when stuff flies, runs, or drools out of his p***s -- he is fine.  If he is NOT orgasming, he needs to see a s*x specialist, or you need to experiment.  I would try a vibrator just under the head, gently, for several minutes,  to see what happens before spending the money for  a specialist.

Sounds like he needs to drink more fluids.  Keep him hydrated; I am sure that will help. Maybe lay off masturbation for a few days too.  The combination should help.

Make sure is is not taking opiates regularly ( hydrocodone,etc..) This is one of the most common results if he is. It goes away of course
