Okay so,when do girls stop growing taller?

mkay, so i'm almost 5'8 and almost 15. my dad's 5'11 and my moms like 5'9 or 5'10. am i done growing or what?

  1. Depends. Most girls reach their proper height at age 14 (think 8th-9th grade), and are fully formed by 16. Boys are different in that they reach their height at 16 and keep going until 18. However, that is JUST AN AVERAGE. It is entirely possible that in the next year or two you could grow a few more inches.

    Keep in mind that you may not be getting your genes from your parents, though. For example, both my parents are medium-tall (5'6" and 5'10"), yet I am only 5'2". I take after my father's mother - physically my body looks exactly like hers at my age.
