  1. yeah the new one is a bit of a pain but once it gets used to your surfing habits and knows which sites to allow it stops annoying you

  2. The tea timer is useful to stop new and unknown spywares/trojans.

As you known anti-spyware depend on spyware signature database to identify spywares. If you are unfortunate to be the first few people on this planet to get the new spywares. At least, tea timer will block it from changing your system setting.

  3. The tea timer is  a good thing. Every time a setting is changed on your computer --- even by you--- the thing will just tel you that a setting has changed.

Very good to have this on in case something like a virus tries to change your settings.

  4. Not at all.. it's just making sure you are aware that something in the settings is changing, because if you didn't change it then it would be something you would want to know about. Spybot is awesome because it immunizes your computer from harmful things so long as you keep it's list up to date. Meaning anything on that list won't get through. It's just learning your habits that's all. If it bothers you, you can stop it from starting up, as I have done, to save on RAM because I have none to spare.  But it's definitely not harmful.

  5. as above. the same thing is happening to me

    just stick thru it

    its annoying

im using malwarebytes now its heaps better and its also free.

AND it gets rid of that S****y vista antivirus!
