Okay so I know a 13 year old girl and its hard for her to make friends because she homeschooled...?

Can anyone give me some good tips for her?

Just be friendly, try to join groups with like minded individuals.

But really, many public school kids have problems making friends.

home school groups, girl scouts, church groups, local Y, taking classes that she is interested in etc.

its exactly the same as going to a new school. dont be shy and dont be afraid to talk to people. if they dont like her then thats their problem.

i hope i helped "your friend" ;-) i will have more tips on thursday when i go back to school. im in the exact same situation! how bout that? im even the same age!

Kind of was at first, but I grew and develop found me a special lady friend myself, got some good friends too (I'm 16 myself)

Learn from the adults around you, how do they make friends?  They are not in school everyday, yet Im sure they have at least one friend, and truthfully, that is all you need.  What about sports, does she have any interest?
