Okay so I really want to make new friends. Buuuut... I need help?

Okay, so I had 3 friends that I hung out with for most of 8th grade and now I think I should really try to make new friends. I'm not telling anyone why though. I don't have a stereotype. Literally, I'm just that Jill chic. So I cant really hang out with ppl of my kind considering I'm one of a kind =]. But in my school, the groups are Prep, Nerd, and Other. It really sucks lol. But I need to make new friends. So any help would be appreciated. Seriously, any tips you have would help me.

Hang out with the people you have the most in common with! The ones that you enjoy being around the most and make you happy! :-)

just find one person you connect with then they will lead to more friends. Thats what happened when i moved to a new school. Plus you will always adapt to what your friends like, and also humor they use. just find people that you can relate to and the door will open on friends.

Yeah at my old school I was friend with everyone in my grade. I miss it a lot. Try to become friends with everyone. It's really fun. You can choose who to sit with. My school was like that too. There were the smart/nerds and the bossy people who where also the preps and so on...but be yourself. Keep your coments to yourself. If you don't like someone, still try to get on their good side.It will work, you'll see. Girl, good luck to you. :D

try makiing friends with all of them,

join teams or clubs or something,

and then you will have alot of friends,

or close friends from the "groups"

I kinda have the same problem! But it's a little hard to help you out when we have little information to go on. If you don't play any sports then the jocks wouldn't work out and if your not preppy enough then the preps wouldn't work out. If I were you I'd go with the nerds. THere usually mature and you wouldn't find yourself in a trouble with the law (which a lot of teens do). Sorry for the very little help.

Were all one of a kind.. People like friendly people pain and simple.  Be nice and you won;t have to "make" new friends. Believe me at your age friends come and go.  When your older they just go..
