I WOULD GO WITH PURPLE ITS A REALLY PRETTY COLOR BUT WASHES OUT QUITE EASILY AS WITH ANY COLORS LIKE BLUES, GREENS,PINKS AND ECT... ANOTHER GOOD OPTION WOULD BE THE ORANGE OR RED IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP RETOUCHING YOUR STREAKS THEY COULD POSSIBLY BLEND EASILY INTO YOUR HAIR COLOR BUT THETURQUOISEE GOT A REALLY SWAMPY SEA WEED NASTY COLOR AFTER A FEW WASHES

Your hair is so cute, i have a similar cut but mines longer. I like the idea of turquoise, the color goes great with blonde. Mix it up and have fun with it, post a pic of the results
