Okay so i'm 15 and...?

Question

I want to become and actor.

I live in South Wales but I am thinking of moving to London.

Not sure whether to go or stay. There'll be financial problems if I move to London but wouldn't I have more of a chance there?

After London I also want to move to New York.

Dont know because of the cost and also i'll miss my friends and family a h**l of a lot.

What do you think would be best in my situation?

Try purchasing a mag called THE Stage. they advertise for actresses.they do the Cardiff area and to be honest i think you should wait before moving. Get a job, take extra drama classes and save loads of money before moving. You will need to secure a job in London. Acting doesn't always pay the bills and is tough to get into.

If you keep an eye out for auditions you could always travel to London for them. Think long and hard about how you will pay for bills and food. Speak to your parents. your still very young and have got plenty of time.

just wait, you are only 15. are there any agents in your area? check it out. if you still have the same feeling in a year or so, i suggest you skip london and come to the u.s. not that there arent oppotunities there, but that it might be easier in new york or california. good luck :D
