Okay so i bought the pantech duo like around may,i had technical difficulties with it...?

and well since i have insurance i received another one and this phone is worst then the first one.. so now im wondering what can i do to fix that? you think at&t will send me another phone because from what i heard its only one phone per year that insurance allows you to receive.

Try to call AT&T back up and explain that your phone is worst then it used to be.  Hopefully AT&T will take your phone back.  If they don't, you can always do warranty exchange too which is different then the insurance policy.
