  1. It seems like your not concentrating on your game; if you change your focus to your game and not on what others think of you then you'll improve dramatically.

you obviously took the class to improve, so thats what you should concentrate on. Federer didn't get amazing by taking one lesson or even a hundred. He has to play hours upon hours.

so please dont get down. if all you expect from yourself is failure and you want to leave the lesson because your embarassed then maybe tennis isn't your passion.

for the partner part, having a partner is what tennis is all about. of couse you need a partner to hit the ball with or work on improvement. no one is perfect, i just think you need to adjust your mind set.

  2. just keep trying you best and never give up. Some day maybe you'll be better than all the others...Good Luck!

  3. practice everyday extra , extra, and then you will be one of the best, or on the status quo ,then people will want to be your partner.

  4. Keep your focus on YOUR game.  Everything is relative. If I was playing those other people, I'd beat them easily.  You'll be fine.  Also, the more you play and the more you associate with a tennis group, the more likely you are to get to know new people. Hang out at the courts and when you see people like your level, ask them to let you know if they ever need a sub.  We are constantly needing a sub for one of my leagues. There's always someone out sometime.  I'm in about 4 different groups, and also sub alot for other teams.

Don't give up. Every day you can improve.  Look at Roger, he's in a slump... but wait, I cannot wait till he gets out of it and plays his old wonderful ways again.  Ah, how sweet it will be.  And you can say the same thing soon!  Focus.

  5. Keep your head up, keep practicing and everything will fall into place

  6. Everybody has there own problems when it comes to tennis. Believe me everybody thinks that they are the worst player. Try asking somebody there to be your partner. If you still cant find one then ask your coach he will probaly have some ideas.

  7. Get a better racquet may help

Babolat Aeropro Drive Cortex With Luxilon Big Banger strings at like 62 tension. jkk. that is killer.

But yeah forehands hit with head facing down a lil and throuhg the ball.

Backhand stepinto it and through the ball.

You'll get the hang of it!

Also work out some!! and get strong.

There has to be at least some nice people there.

    Good Luck man!
