Okay so what will happen when plastic bags are gone?

Question

1. Whats gonna happen with the rubbish? I use plastic bags? What will I use?

2. What do I use with my doggies droppings? I use plastic bags. What about you?

3. What about when I buy a fish? Pet shops put the fish in a plastic (strong one) and fill it up with water so that we can take it with us?

4. Shopping? Whats gonna happen? Will we have to buy green bags? Use paper bags?

Plastic bags are really strong yet they can do a lot of harm to the environment like if its in the ocean a dolphin or turtle may think its a jelly fish (or something like that) and eat it. Then they die.

It also takes more that 100 years for 1 piece of plastic bag to be broken down?

Whats gonna happen? I can't use green bags for my new pet fish (gonna get it next year or so yay) my doggie dropings when we go out on walk

what did we do before we had plastic bags? It has not been that long since they became a common part of our lives. Go out and ask older people, say ones over maybe 65 or 70 and they will be able to answer your questions.

I know stores like IGA use biodegradable plastic bags that break down pretty quickly. There are also other kinds of plastic bags that melt when they come into contact with water.

Plastic bags aren't going to be banned.  Only stores aren't going to be allowed to use them for stuff you buy.  But there are always alternatives.

Actually, I recently read in a Scientific magazine that there is a company who has manufactured a plastic bag that will only have a one year shelve life and than decompose.  Wonderful news for our environment.  Let's hope that these plastic bags will be widely replaced by the current ones now in use throughout the world.

At the end u may use jar for ur new pet - fish.

plastic bags really arnt that necessary. and they wont be gone before we find a better alternative, so dont worry about it.

THEY ARE NOT FULLY TAKING PLASTICS OUT... they are merely REDUCING it. IMO XD
