I dont know how to make another account??? like when u turn ur computer on and u click ur little picture and go to ur page?? how do u make another???

Go to the Start Menu... choose Control Panel... choose User Accounts...click on Create A New Account

go to any page that has a SIGN IN or REGISTER button.

like the page where you sign in to get to your own email?

if you type in some other name there, and no password (if no one has that name yet), it will ask if you are trying to create a new account.

and you can follow that those instructions to create a new acct.

It sounds like your talking about making shortcut off your desktop. Go to were the location hyper link is listed, and left click on that and menu will appear to create shortcut. If you want to were allowed start another account, then start the account and get a link.

go into your start menu, click on control panel, then click on user accounts, then user accounts again and then click on "manage another account"
