  3. how weird...no but my mom was at work one time and she was with her friend then they heard someone trying to get inside like the door k**b was moving and then they opened the door and no one was there and it was a long hallway so they couldnt hide easily.then my mom told her friend it could be a spirit and her friend was like oh no dont say that my mother inlaw is very sick in the hospital..but a few hours later tmy mom had found out her brother died and then she thought that might have been him saying goodbye..weird..also my aunt in el salvador said she was washing the dishes wen all of the sudden she felt a hand in her shoulder and wen she turned aroung no one was there then she went to my grandma crying..and later they found out my uncle had died..so it was probably also his spirit saying good bye...

  4. I think this is more coincidental than paranormal.

How many times before that did you wake up at midnight for no reason?

And the breathing machine? It was a device you were used to hearing.

It's just like living in a busy city where you hear heavy traffic, horns blasting, sirens, maybe muffled talking....

Then you spend the weekend out in the country. In your dreams you still hear the noise of the city even though you aren't there.

  5. that normal because you really cared for your grandmother and to stay with her that entire time resulted in you wanting to still be with her. no, I haven't by a very good friend of mine did. See his grandmother had a stoke and died. well he never got a chance to say good bye. He went to sleep two days after and had a dream about his grandmother in the hospital where she evenly died. He told me she raised her hand and waived as she was being put in the article state room. Creepy. He say it was her saying good bye, I was deeply moved by his story and felt you should know

  6. whoa!

my mom went by her room and she discovered her sister was talking to a little girl

my grandma has had experiences with spirits in her house

she has seen people walking around and she lives alone

i havent seen them but im glad i havent

  7. So you are still used to that daily routine incl. your senses which echo back and your body reminds you right in time... no ghost is needed to explain that !

  8. This is creepy.

About 5 years ago my grandma was in poor health and in a nursing home after several small strokes.  One night my mom called and said that grandma wasn't going to make it through the night.  I went to work the next morning and smelled an unusual, but familiar smell in just one spot of the building.  It was the smell of My aunt's, (grandma's sister's) house.  I could smell her perfume, cigarettes, the cookies she would always bake and the smell of her gas stove.  She had passed about 10 years earlier.

There was nobody wearing perfume in that part of the building, nobody smoked, there were no cookies around and there is no gas.

I got home and later, and my mom called to say that grandma was doing better.

This happened about 6 times over three months.  Every time my mom would call with the news, I would smell that smell and grandma would pull through.

Finally, one night, my mom called with the news that grandma was once again not going to make it.  I went to work and didn't smell the smell.  I got a lump in my throat, but really thought nothing of it.  My mom called later that morning.  The funeral was in three days.  I told her I already knew.  She also died on the same day as my grandfather did 33 years earlier.

I didn't mention the smells until about a year after it happened

  9. yeah, stuff like this happens all the time. And that WAS your grandmother, sweetie... the things that happened to you were her clues to you that she was near. Usually relatives come to tell you they're okay. But she's with you. If you have anything you want to say to her, say it, out loud...she can hear you.

    Peace to you.

  10. I used to work with the elderly, and there were three instances where the resident not only knew they were dying, but accurately predicted the day...and one...even the hour!
