  1. For Insurance?  Some companies allow this, but most do not.  You can ask about this and have the remainder billed to you.

    Some do a credit check and if you are a credit risk, they will ask for full payment up front.


  2. If you are talking about buying a car, no that won't work.  If you are talking about registration, no that won't work.  If you mean insurance it may work but not all companies will allow a "down payment".

    You will have to be more specific with your question.

  3. I assume you are talking about insurance, because I've never seen a car that cheap from a dealer.

    Some allow you to do this, others do not.  It will also depend on your credit.  they'll make you pay the full amount if you have bad credit.

    you can call the company and ask, that way you don't go with too little money.

    if you can't afford the whole amount, some companies will let you pay monthly (state farm does at least)  so you can ask them about that option as well.
