Okay what would be the best way for me to lose about 10-15 pounds fast?

I'm weeks away from turning 18, I am 4 11 and I weigh 105 pounds..

I'm forced into a mainly sedetary lifestyle..and Barely have time to excersise, I eat healthy and I am a vegan, My calorie intake is lower than what is reccomended, but I am still not losing any weight..what should I do to lose this weight quickly? say by Halloween..

    Fad diets are bad for you, and most important is exercise.  

    In short, Vegan dieting is INCREDIBLY DUMB- no offense- because it limits the amount of protein you can have.  you NEED protein to exercise and build muscle. otherwise, you are an anorexic person with a high fat percentage. =) sound good? not to me.

    In short, eat the food pyramid, and healthy foods like salads, and eat a little less carbs and more protein.  When you eat meat, SKIP pig, and eat stuff like scaled fish, especially Tuna, beef, lamb, etc. Also, drink a good amount of milk- WHOLE milk, as fat helps muscles recover from workouts, which you will be doing if you want the fat to go away- and yogurts as well.  Do NOT eat dessert- unless, of course, it's a yogurt or something healthy, like fruit.  

    Do NOT EVER eat processed foods or fast food like mcdonalds, or microwaved foods, and try to keep it fresh. however, fresh does NOT mean vegetarian, vegan or any other code words marketers use to trick you.  Simply buy food from your local supermarket and put together decent, well balanced meals.

    When eating, chew your food good, and do not stop until you are moderately full.  Do not EVER over eat, or EVER under eat. Both are seriously bad for your health.



    WITH BREAKFAST, TAKE A MULTI-V AND WITH LUNCH TAKE A CALCIUM/VIT-D PILL!

    as for exercise:

    stretch good, (stretching promotes strength, cuts fat, and increases oxygen and blood flow) then go on a 2 mile run every other day. when you are on a day when you are not running, do pushups or a sport like basketball or swimming or kickboxing to work out your upper body and increase adrenaline.

    and EVERY day do a couple sets of sit-ups, and a couple sets of crunches, and a set of oblique crunches.

    (oh also) every other day, do 3 sets of pull-ups (or assisted pull ups), and 2 sets of side crunches on a sit-up chair. also do prison squats with high reps no weight, and do lunges and knee raises

    your fat should go away in no time! =) BEST ANSWER!!!


  2. dude im 16 n i wiegh like 110 or something..and i look good nothing bout pounds really juss workout and do sit ups alot they helppp and hurtt ..but helpp lol abd runn alot too =]

    even if u dont lose pounds juss look at ur body and see the difference
