ill view it/them later because im not online to myspace right now. i edit pictures too and i love it. i use the gimp because i cant afford photoshop and i got the thrity day trial and i didnt like it lol i liked the gimp better i guess because i was used to it. the best way to improve (i did) is to tell friends and family that youll edit their pictures and ask them for exact things that they want. sometimes people tell me they want something 'pretty' and well, whats pretty for me may not be for you. so ask them exactly what they want. to change the background? to remove blemishes? smoothen skin? black and white except one thing? darken hair? change hair color? etc etc. the more photos you edit, the more you learn from your mistakes and discover new things. read tutorials and stuff when you dont understand something, and buy or check out some books at the library about the program youre using ( i have beginnning gimp from novice to professional by akkana peck and its not the best book out there, im sure, but its not too bad)

i have a lot of freckles and i dont like them so i erase them with the heal tool lol

my hair is bark brown and i would looooove to be a redhead. i love redheads!

shooting with a plain colored wall or background helps A LOT because you can just use the color select tool and change the background easier or edit the subject without altering the background. this wall is white and i decide to add more of a warm, cozy feeling so i did. and i also removed my freckles. ew.

i dont have a lot of edited pictures in photobucket (those are it) but i have some of my best on myspace.
