Okayy . i went to this lake wit my dad and my stepmom looking for frogs near his house . ?

than i found a baby turtle about the size of a nickel .i've had him for about a month but just to make sure i want to know what would i feed him so he feels at home when he eats in his natural habitat ? i tryed crickets they all died and plus they were bigger than he was and i got the small ones ! he is too young to see what type he is but he is either a snapping turtle painter turtle or a box turtle ..please e-mail me if you know the answer . thank-you .

Eh. bring him home to his natural habitiat and get a domestic animal. Right as I am typing this my kitty is staring at the screen and is intrigued by the text and is trying to catch it.

Go to the pet shop and get some turtle food.(Yes I did say turtle food.)

I had pet turtles when I was a child, so you can find the food there.
