Okay. so yeah,.i'm going to highschooland i want to lose a few pounds. i weigh about 150.i'm 5'8"and i'd like to weigh about 140.possible?yezz.uhm.i need to know like what things should i eat.and like types of exercises i DONT own any exercise equpment.so yeah. any exercise's i could do in my room like youtube videos?so basically all that stuffs.thanks a bunch.:D-Delilahh DAMGE! x<3
