Oklahoma? How is that place to live?

I might get a good job in Oklahoma. Is this a fun place to live? or a empty boring place with nothing to do?

It all farms, or big city.?

I need as much as details I can get about Oklahoma.

I have lived here all my life, so I'll try and answer your question as well as possible. It will really depend on where you live. If you live in Norman, OKC, or Tulsa, those towns have the Metro written all over them. If you want to be board to death go to the Texoma Area ( Texas Oklahoma Boarder in the lower part of Oklahoma.) Lawton is a good area if you are a Nature freak and will only spend your time up in the mountains, or if your army and want to feel like your in iraq, this is the place to be. if you have kids or want a city with actual stores near by( ie. Best buy ,target, big mall, ect)  STEAR CLEAR! I hear the Pan handle is Very pretty. Our state has a good amount of pretty places as far as natural beauty, but if you want mainly big cities do not come here. I would recommend going to the place where your job offer ( I assume) is and check out the town around it and if your young, go to a club or sit down restaurant and talk to a waiter near your age and see what there is to do, housing cost, and anything you want to know and they'll give you a good idea. just make sure to leave a tip ;)

Well I live in the Texoma Area. Tulsa is like 6Hrs. Away so I really can't tell you how it is. Half of me would not want to move and all that other stuff just for 4 months. the other half says it just for 4 months. give it a try. I'd imagine they have a good party scene, but I honestly have no Idea. Sorry I can't be of more help :( Good luck!
