If you live in Oklahoma or know more about this can you elaborate? Do you believe more States will follow suit?

  1. That would be GREAT!

  2. GO Oklahoma!!!

  3. It is about time thar someone, has had the chutzpah to challenge the ever increasing grasp of the Federal Government. Both Congress and the Executive branches, especially the congress, have ignored the Constitution for years.

The result has been the creation of an all powerful ruling class which lives in and grows rich in Washington DC. The Congress makes rules and passes laws which qare designed to enhance the reach of the Federal Government

and to increase its take of the income of the Us people,

Then these greedy SOB's distribute the money to their friends and supporters as well as enriching themselves.

It really is time to limit their power grab and hold them accountable for their breach of faith.

  4. Not here on the left coast. They like thier socialist ways.

Check out what MT has done in the last few months.

Several states are safe guarding freedoms from what will come

  5. I hope they take more stands like this  and refuse to accept water coming from federal Dams and irregation projects. And I'm sure they will send back the $1.7 billion in federal farm subsidies they recieve each year.

  6. Doubtful.  Oklahoma isn't a bellweather state and has little clout overall.

However, I agree with their resolution.

  7. One can only hope...  Sadly most people do not realize how far our Federal Gov't has expanded at the expense of States Rights.

Personally, I will move to the first state to declare all Federal Laws infringing upon the 2nd Amendment (National Firearm Act of 1934, Gun Control Act of '68, Firearms Owners Protection Act of '86, etc...) null and void and a direct infringment upon States Rights...
