Oklahoma motorcycle?

ok..we have 2 scooters one that is 50cc and one that is 150cc can i drive either of these with out a motorcycle lisences...i am 16 years old...i would like to know cause i would like to drive them to work to save gas cause my work is just 2 miles away.

  1. Is the smaller one registered as a Moped?  Because if it is you can get a plain operator's license and ride the moped. That's no reason not to get some training, and of course, then you could get an upgrade for the second, larger one, if you pass the BRC and get the unlimited motorcycle endorsement.  Lots more fun, and for two miles, it's not a long trip, the 150 cc motorscooter, gets very nearly as good mileage.


  2. You can drive either one, but you must have a license or at the minimum a learners permit. They (scooters) must be registered, tagged, and titled. You cannot drive anything larger than a 250cc.
