Oklahoma tornado map?

I need to find an online map that updates every few minutes, so I can track storms/tornados across the state of Oklahoma.

Try http://www.mesonet.org

That's the Oklahoma Mesonet.  It can give you surface conditions and radar every 5 minutes.  However, there is nothing that "tracks tornadoes" so you won't be able to do that.  Such technology does not exist.
