Direct tech. tested x 2 and diagnosed a faulty input port which affects transponder 31. This is all my east coast feed resulting in pixelated pictures. Direct has washed their hands; TiVo says theirs are tied because it's a Direct TiVo and they won't assist without an auth. # from Direct. Direct says they never heard of giving an auth.#. Who can fix a port...maybe a computer shop?
