Old Ektachrome slides to Digital?

I have about 100 ektachrome slides from the 1940s and 50s that i need to convert to digital but I can't find a service that does this for 6cm by 6cm slides. Can somebody recommend one?

  1. You may find it more cost effective to buy an epson film scanner and copy them yourself.  That way you will have much more control over the process.

    Most of the 35 mm scan to digital services charge over $1 for each transparency ... I can only imagine what they would charge for 6x6 transparencies ... after you have finished with your project, you can sell the scanner.

    Well here is the answer .. to duplicate the scanning resolution the V500 will do will cost you $10 each
