Old Green Day Band????

ok so my brother showed me this song, and i really liked it, he said it was the singer of green day singing it(idk)....the beginging of the song started out with a woman's voice saying something in french, then it turned into rock. but not hard rock....if u can find the song and the band or singer thatd be great if u cant oh well thanks anyways :]]
