Old Gruesome News I Stumbled Upon!?

I was searching on Yahoo Answers, came across an old topic about a chain letter.

The chain letter was about a 3 year old toddler, who was lured by two 10 year olds, and was eventually, beaten with bricks, blinded and so on so forth, and left on the railway tracks somewhere in England I think it was Liverpool in 1993!

I checked the news, wikipedia and this was all true! I read about it, and the details were absolutely disgusting. The toddler has a few pictures and was absolutely adorable!

His name was James Bulger, search him on Google, there are thousands of articles about him, the 10 year old killers were in jail for 8 years, and then when they were 18, made some life license deal and were given new identies! IT SICKENS ME just thinking about it! There is a whole conspiracy about them, after concluding a lot of information, they live in either an area in England or Australia, they both have partners who do not know about there past, and a rumour posted in 2007, says that one of them may have been stabbed..

What are your thoughts or opinions on this? Should the boys have been left loose?

Do some research, because many believe, that one of them got involved with another child murder.

Can someone explain a bit more in detail about what happened? And what their insights are on where these people are and what there doing?

I remember the case well, and the security cameras in the mall caught the little boy leaving the mall with the two monsters each holding one of his hands. He was crying. They screamed and yelled at him once they were out of the mall, then they beat him viciously and left him on the tracks for the train to run over him. Mobs of people tried to get at them but they were whisked away to their slap on the wrist. Both of them should have had life in prison with no parole and it is a shocking miscarriage of justice that they received no punishment.
