Old JVC Video Camera Tape?!?!?!?

I HAD an old JVC video camera which took tapes, Unfortunatley the Camera broke but i have the tape - How or where could i get this onto a disc or a VCR tape? If thats possible that is!

  1. What size "tape" did it use.  I know there are several aftermarket VHS Cassetts that accept Camcorder tapes to be played in a VCR.  I am afraid that would be you only option that I am aware of.


  2. Is it the small VHS that needed an adapter to play in a VCR? If you have that adapter you can use your VCR and an analog converter and your PC.

    You need an analog converter, either internal card or external such as the dazzle. It's very easy to use and come with good software. You would hook your analog VHS camera/VCR to the analog converter, the dazzle and then hook the dazzle to your PC. The dazzle cost around 70.00 , but worth the money if you have a lot of VHS to tapes to convert.
