Old Lighter Recognition & Fixing?

I recently came across this lighter (see link's below for images)

2.http://fc06.deviantart.com/fs29/f/2008/182/5/6/Lighter_2_by_Opehelia.jpg

It looks like a dunhill style lighter, possibly a copy.

Engraved on the bottom is "Panther" and "throne"

Any know the make of this?

Also the flint seems to be attached, and whilst the wheel turns, it is not creating a spark, it's only just slightly grinding bits off the flint, possibly because it's so old.

The flint is also seemingly attached to the bit that moves it back and forwards. i tried removing it, but couldn't.

There is also a sunk s***w head hidden under this part (dissasembly purposes only possibly)

Anyone think they know how to get this working again?

(and the lighter make) even a link?

(see pictures for reference)

(note this lighter could be 10-60 years old approx)

thanks
