Old Navy Return Policy?

Can we return dot com orders in the store. If so, can we return shoes that were used once.

yes, you can return online items to the store, but your shipping cost does not get refunded.

yes, you can return anything to old navy if you have your receipt (invoice from online order) and it's within 90 days.  if the item is not sell-able, it will be damaged out.
