Old Navy Website Help?

Question

So I went to an Old Navy store and they had all these new cute polo shirts for women (unlike their old ones which were really manly) and I also kept seeing the white shirt with the butterfly on the side. I was with my boyfriend so I didn't buy anything.

Later I went on the computer and I couldn't find anything that I thought was cute in the store! I thought maybe they didn't update it to the new clothing. I went to the men's clothes and all the new fall fashions were there!

Can someone please explain this to me??

What you saw in the store may not have been one of the fall items.  If you call the oldnavy customer service sometimes the reps.can help you because they like place orders all day and pretty much know about all the old navy merchandise.

Sometimes they don't get all their latest or new fashion shipments for each department at the same time. I use to work at Old Navy, specifically in shipment. It's different for every store, but I remember on Tuesdays we'd get the Women's shipment, Thursdays we'd get Men's, Kid's and Baby's shipment. Again, it's different for every store so it could just be they haven't gotten it in yet. Also, not every Old Navy will carry the same things. Call up the store you intend to shop at and give them the number of the item and ask if and when they'll be receiving that in their shipment.

If you mean they had stuff in the store they didn't have on their website...usually it's the other way around but I have noticed this with some stores, such as IKEA. If you ever get their catalog or look on their website they carry hardly anything to what they have in store. Strange how that works.

maybe their fall fashions were really popular they got bought so soon.

try going to the store again, since not everything they have in the store is on the internet. ;]
