Old Navy manager told me she would call me today for an interview appointment?

but she hasn't called,

i called about three times to check on the status of my app.

and they got my name down for when they do interviews

but she was suppose to call me today and never did.

i have no experience and i'm turning 17 on september,

she also told me that she had my name for an interview and would call to set up an appointment.

will she still call?

Slow down, and let her call you.  I would recommend seeking other types of employement as well and see which one you get.

It's still early today, and she might still plan to call.

If that manager is closing today, that means she won't come in until after 1pm and will likely be at the store til 9:30 or 10pm.  If she doesnt call today, you can call tomorrow and explain that you were waiting to receive a call about an interview but didnt get it.
