  1. Hun i know how this feels ...BUT only you can make this change if you really want to, start by getting in the bath when your child is asleep get a cheap face pack you can get them from £1 from most chemists and how about a tinted moisturiser for in the day you can also get ones that build a light tan on your face over time ..i have twins Hun and when they were tiny i still used to make time to do what mattered and while they were asleep i put some makeup on ...if you are not receiving help for your depression i suggest you talk to your GP because it wont get better on its own i know this cause after my twins were born i was diagnosed with clinical depression ...and it has gotten better with time YOU WILL TOO !

  2. i am also a single mum with a very active 3 1/2 year old  but luckly i have a job and get most of his childcare paid for from tax credits. i`m older than u  but have been through depression myself and still live with it now. it all feels like up go too work home then bed  then repeat for 5 days .

have to tried to look into getting a part time job  cause belive me that will help alot with  how u feel  and if u feel good about yourself  u wont  turn to food as much and everything will get better.  there are good nurseries out there  and the government  pays  80% of the cost  might be worth u looking into

i asume u are claiming all your child tax credits ?

if u ever wanna get in touch  just have a  chat  i`m on line most nights ( nothing else to do )  get in touch and will give u  msn  addy

    take care  xx

  3. all i can say is maybe watch what you eat and try excrising going for walks eatting less apart from that maybe you should go and look for a man who would like to be a dad that you child has never had then you could both bring him or her up togther but you still have the major say in what happens as it is your child

  4. Look for a mental health clinic that provides services on a sliding scale.  They will often take littel or no paymenta nd usually they are okay with bringing children to the appointments.

The second thing is watch what you eat.  It's easy to grab something unheathy on the run, but have foods prepared that you can 'grab and go" like cut up vegetables and a bit of peanut butter, or a piece of fruit.

For your skin and hair, I've attached a great website that offers natural solutions that are cheaper than shampoo and conditioners and skin cleansers.

I've been there, and I know how terrible you feel.  You aren't alone.  Good luck.
