Question:

Old coke bottles worth collecting?

I have about 14 coke bottles from the 70's. The only thing I could find on the internet was the decade they're from. Each one has a different city embossed on the glass bottom. They all came from the same woman. It was her collection. I Also have two 70's Dr. Pepper bottles. She must have kept them for some reason. Are they worth something more than I know about?

  1. Im not sure how much they are worth if anything but I do know that if the bottles still have the coke and Dr. pepper in them and are sealed and haven't been opened with, they will be worth more than without.

  2. The Coca-cola company websites recommends you get “Coca-Cola Collectibles Price Guide" (11th Edition) by Petretti.  Apparently prices vary widely depending on the condition and exactly what you have.  Perhaps you can find the book at the library?

    Here's the company website link:

Their site also references other Coca-Cola clubs and their links.

I hope you have some treasures.  Wouldn't that be great!
