Old fantasy game? whats it called?

so u had to paint the pieces it was a warrior a dwarf anmd something else there was a little figure of a grimm reaper that always chased u arround and the main objective of the game was to beat a manticore at the top of a tower, the game was played w dice and it had a damage dice w little swords on it and the the enemies were all skeletons i think i really liked it and now i want it again
