  1. I like Eloise and Claudia, but why name a child something like Agnes, they will NOT thank you for that! Victoria and Elizabeth are old fashion and beautiful. Name her(or him) something beautiful(or handsome)

                          Hope I helped you out!

  2. What about Pearl, Essie, Geneva, Martha, Lela, Maxine, Virginia, or Elsie?

  3. Oh dear! They're very awful. Here are my favorite old-fashioned names.

  4. Claudia - eh

    Edith - cute

Agnes - i like aggie.. but not agnes

    Elnora - no

    Constance - no

    Eugenia - no

    Eloise - pretty

Agatha - again.. i like aggie. but i like this one better than agnes

  5. Claudia- Awful

    Edith- Beautiful

    Agnes- Horific

    Elnora- Nothing with Nora

Constance- Very elegant but it takes a certain kind of woman to pull it off

    Eugenia- Is she a man?

Eloise- Looks beautiful but doesn't sound the same way

Agatha- I'm not sure it might be a bit too old

But basically  Edith is the best by far

    Try Rosetta?

  6. Julia Roberts did a disservice to her children so I suggest you rethink this thought but if you must

    Claudia is fine

The rest is not really a good idea except Constance is alright

How about Audrey ~ like Audrey Hepburn

Catherine is also pretty old fashioned

  7. I like Claudia and Eloise. How about Esther? Or Charlotte?  I know girls with both those names and I think they are great names. orrr Dolores can be called Dolly which I have always thought is cute.

  11. Claudia is nice. Very pretty.

I don't like Edith or Agnes. They just sound so gruff to me for some reason.

I've never heard of Elnora, but I like it. Reminds me of my Aunt's name: Eleanor.

Constance is alright, but it sounds too much like "constant".

Eugenia and Agatha are in the same category as Edith and Agnes.

    I really like Eloise.

I'd say my favorites from your list are Claudia and Eloise.

Here are some other old fashioned names I thought of:

    Ruby

    Ruth

    Louise

    Lottie

    Josephine

    Jessamine

    Genevieve

  12. I'm rating these on a scale of 1-10. 1 being the worst, 10 being the best.

    Claudia- 6

    Edith- 4

    Agnes- 4

    Elnora-2

    Constance-8

    Eugenia- 1

    Eloise- 6

    Agatha-5

None of them are good besides Constance. I hope this helps...

  13. i like constance and eloise. agatha is pretty cute to. what about rose, eleanor, charlotte, felicity, prudence, rosemary.

  14. I like Claudia, Agatha, and Eloise.

Elnora, Eugenia, and Agnes are cute, but not my fave.

I really don't care for Edith and Constance.

Agatha Eloise would be a cute name!!

  15. I like Claudia, Edith, Agatha, and Eloise.

    The others no way.

  16. Claudia= LOVE this name!

Edith= I think it's good. Claudia Edith sounds REALLY good together!

    Agnes= I like it.

    Elnora= How about Eleanor?

Constance= How about Clementine? I love this name!

    Eugenia= NO! I hate it.

Eloise= I've actually been hearing this name quite alot actually.

    Agatha= I think it's okay.

  17. Edith, Constance and Eloise are pretty. Do you like Mable or June?  Rebecca, Sophie, or Madeleine? Ella is pretty and sounds a bit like Elnora. None of these are well-used. I hope this helps some. :)

  18. Well you could use tanashia alexis rashida penlapie all kinds of names look it up!

  19. I see alot of people named Claudia, Agnes sounds like an old lady name. Constance is cute along with Edith.

    Here are some other options:

    Abigail

    Emma

    Ella

    Grace

    Cloe

Also, try this site, They have tons of old fashion naming options.

  20. I love the name Claudia, but I dislike that it means "lame".  If you don't care too much about the meaning, that is my favorite on your list by far.  I also like Eloise Eleanora, but not Elnora.

Three names I LOVE under this category that are not on your list are Iris, Evangeline, and Genevieve.  Ever considered any of these?

    Good luck & God bless!

  21. From the list you provided I like the name Claudia.  FYI I had a friend back in high school named Agnes she changed it to Angie as soon as she could.    How about Grace, Emily.  If you are looking for an  old fashion and unsusual name, go to you local library and ask to see old year books from the local high school.  You may get some different ideas that way.

  22. Like Elnora, Constance and Eloise especially. The rest are aiight, but they're definitely... old fashioned, if you're picking up what I'm putting down.

  23. I like Claudia and Eloise (check out the books and movie) best.

you can also go with Claire, Faith, Grace,  Hope, Athena, Pru, Paige, and Phobe( sorry s.p.) I hardly know anyone with these names

Elizabeth, Mary, and Sara are too plain and common

please stay away from Agatha sounds like a witch. Agnes and Edith sound too old

    Hope I helped :)

  24. The names you have chose are definitely not seen much in today's society. I think they all have unique qualities; however, I just have a hard time picturing a child with any of those names. May I make a few suggestions of names that are considered "old fashioned" by modern society yet can still be appropriate for younger children on into adulthood?

    Maybe something like:

Eleanor (Call her Ellie growing up)

Catherine (Can call her Catherine or Katie)

    Rosalie

    Rebecca

    Gretchen

    Audra

    Margaret (Maggie?)

    Lucille (Lucy?)

    Stella

  25. Eurgh, NO. All those names conjure up an image of an uptight old woman with grey hair and a hooked nose. Theonly nice one on there is Eloise, which is beautiful.

  26. Well to put it nicely i have heard werse sorry to hert ur feelings but Elnora and eloise and edith with get the c**p beat out of them. Theres a differance between unusal and usally not used names  Things like ellie, Susie, Polly, Paul, Jordan ( as a boys name) are very good and not usally used names consider them,   :)~

  27. Your kid will get teased relentlessly. I mean my daughter Kendell's best friend, Donna, is teased and called "grandma" and stuff.

    Claudia...maybe

  28. Love Claudia, Edith, Eloise, Agatha.

Is Elnora a typo and suppose to be Eleanora? If so, I love it as well.

I want to like Constance, but it always reminds me of constipation.

  29. Agnes (my grandmother)

    Eloise (my grandmother-in-law)

Out of them all, I like Claudia.

  30. Greek old fashioned sort of 'unusual' name.

I like Calypso! The one that witched Ulyse and he stayed 10 years on her island!

  31. Claudia is ok

    Edith awful

    Agnes awful

    Elnora awful

    Constance ok

    Eugenia awful

    Eloise awful

    Agatha awful
