Old film I'd watched in the 60's,don't know the title of it,?

all I remeber is a lady was regressed, and was given the option to be beheaded there to come back or if she didn't she would stay alive,back at the office where she was initially regressed, her head was gone. Thats all I remember and it wasnt a dream.....anyone?
