Old folks printing preferences?

Question

great granny has her pc set to largest font...but when it comes to printing out her bits it stays big..ie screeds of paper to print out bugger all .. i know i can change the size for printing but is there a way to set the preferences to permanently print on a small font....and view on large print...it took two years to get her organised to do the emails... dunno if we have the time to teach her how to change the size for printing herself each time she wants to print something

maybe if you got a really big printer?

Instead of using a really big font, reduce the screen resolution, thus making everything seem bigger.

Also windows has features designed to help people with visual problem under the control panel, accessability from memory. Might be simpler to set that up instead.
